Google Releases Chrome 15·0·874·120

Google has released a new stable version, 15·0·874·120, of its Chrome browser, for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and Chrome Frame.  The new version contains some miscellaneous fixes, and also fixes seven identified security vulnerabilities.   It also includes the new version of Adobe’s Flash Player, 11.1.102.55.  More details are available in the announcement on the official Chrome Releases blog.

Windows and Mac users should get the new version via the built-in update mechanism.  Linux users should get the updated package from their distributions’ repositories, using their standard package maintenance tools.


Adobe Updates Flash Player

Adobe has released a new version, 11·1·102·55, of its Flash Player, for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and Solaris.  The new version contains bug fixes, and also patches 12 identified security vulnerabilities, which are detailed in the accompanying Security Bulletin [APSB11-28].  Further information is also available in the Release Notes.

I recommend updating your system to the new version as soon as you conveniently can.  You can download the new version from the Flash download page.
