Google has released a new version of its Chrome browser, 12·0·742·100, for all platforms (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Chrome Frame). The new version incorporates the security updates to Flash Player that Adobe released yesterday. (Chrome has an embedded version of Flash Player.) Google’s release announcement is here.
Windows users should get the new version automatically via the built-in update mechanism. Since Adobe has said that the underlying Flash vulnerability is being actively exploited, I recommend checking your Chrome installation to be sure it is up to date. (Help / About Google Chrome).
