The folks at Opera Software have released version 10.60 of the Opera Web browser for Linux and Free BSD UNIX. That brings the latest version for these platforms in line with the versions for Windows and Mac OS X. (Solaris still seems to be at version 10.11, the most recent previous version.) The new version includes an improved JavaScript engine, better HTML 5 support, and support for geolocation services and the WebM video format. More detailed information on the changes is in the Release Notes. You can download installation packages here.
